you don't need to be advanced at all, j...jason,<br />you don't need to be advanced at all, just experienced. i want participants to show up in shape and feel confident that they can run for a long time. the pace isn't a concern. we will be doing mountain runs with a lot of vertical. this means a large portion of our "running" will actually be hiking to get up into the mountains. we won't be doing any runs during the week in which we are pushing ourselves at a fast pace (unless anyone wants to run faster out ahead of the group and that would be fine too), just getting out for a few hours each day and enjoying some of the most mountain running terrain in the world. basically i want it to be like a group of friends going out for a long run, where each runner feels comfortable to run whatever pace they feel capable of. and as stated on the website there will always be the option for participants to take a day off or to do a shorter run.Geoffhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03238385683129822240noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3807027359418593456.post-77508683766196805862011-01-04T07:05:44.719-09:002011-01-04T07:05:44.719-09:00Geoff,
